^^^ yes, you read that right!! I'm finnally sharing my Mom's best Sourdouh bread recipe:)) So, for those who are new here, Welcome! my name is Eliza Mary and this is where I write a little about my journey of becoming the woman I'm called to be. The journey of a Christian So, let's get started??

makes one loaf --> or two if you split it

ok, so for this recipe, we will need the following: -500 grams white flour -400 grams whole wheat flour -1 cup Rye flour or 100 grams buckwheat flour

-1/2 cup ground flax seed -900 milligrams room temperature water -250 milligrams starter

instructions:

mix dry ingredients then incorporate the water and starter. let the dough rest in the bowl after thirty minutes, stretch the dough and add 24-26 grams of salt and fold it

for the next 2 hours, stretch and fold the dough every 30 minutes. after all, shape the dough into a round loaf keep it in the refrigerator for 12-18 hours or overnight<--- preference -heat the oven at 450 F -place the empty pot into the oven for 30 minutes to warm up (not less or more!!) -(before placing the bread in the oven don't forget to score it! rub some flour on before scoring it) place bread in oven and bake the bread for 35 minutes with the lid on and 15 minutes with lid off. -when done, take the pot out and flip the baked loaf out on the cooling rack and place the pot aside to cool down.

now you have yourself a loaf of sourdoah bread!! let me know if you try it and how it turned out! if y'all want to know the recipe to the starter and how we feed it, let me know in the comments. i hope you'll enjoy it! with love, eliza mary
